  • Consolidation of all research and development laboratories (2000m²) from the Wehrheim site to the headquarters of Kulzer GmbH in Hanau, into an existing, gutted industrial building.
SPIE LSE Services:
  • Extended design and approval planning as well as the turnkey realization of the trades laboratory furnishings, climate rooms, pure media, ventilation, electrical, utilities, MSR, steel construction and interior finishing.
Time Period:
  • Planning: 07/21 – 02/22
  • Realization: 03/22 – 05/23
