Individual Trade Planning
Within the scope of individual trade or specialist planning, we provide targeted support with our respective specialist disciplines. According to your commission, we undertake the planning of individual trades – precisely tailored and professionally sound.
Building Permit Applications
A formal building permit application is required for the issuance of a building permit. We take care of the complete preparation of all necessary application documents for you and coordinate them closely with the responsible approval authority. As a company authorized to submit building documents, we submit the documents directly to the authority and accompany the entire approval process until the building permit is issued.
Permits according to BImSchG
Permits according to the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) require sound technical knowledge, structured application documents, and experience in dealing with authorities. We coordinate all necessary expert opinions, technical contributions, and verifications, align the documents with the responsible authorities, and accompany the process until approval.
Regulatory Management
By authority management, we mean the coordination and integration of all relevant offices, authorities, and institutions during planning and construction. From the building authority to the fire department, compliance with regulations is clarified, and in individual cases, goal-oriented solutions are agreed upon.
